Tutu overkill
My poor baby girl is going to be all tutu-ed out when she greets this world. I just can't get enough of the tulle and cuteness, so after a quick little jaunt in Jo-Ann Fabrics I came home with a few yards of tulle, ribbon and elastic and got to work on a couple more tutus for the little one. Here's what I came up with, and it was fast, cheap and easy, just the way we like it.
