Chicken Bolognese with a twist

More to come, but this was dinner monday night. It's one of my favorite things to make, quick, easy, healthy and tasty. It started with a simple bolognese, meat, tomato sauce, celery and carrots, but I wanted some more veggies and less meat, so I added white beans and some veggies (broccoli, snow peas, onions) and just love the final product!

Served over some linguine for drew and some spaghetti squash for me.
