So for the past few months I've been going on really early morning runs with my running friends, as we've all been training for various races and that tends to be the only time we can go without dying from the heat. I usually need a little jolt to get going that early in the morning, but I can't drink a whole big cup of coffee because that hurts the stomach when I'm running. I decided to try the instant coffee from Starbucks and it is perfect!

I love the flavor and I just heat up a little water and add as much as I want for a little pick-me-up, or I add it to some ice water and milk for a little iced coffee. So glad I decided to try these! I'm hooked.
